Project Background

Organizations face constant internal and external pressures for change, but often lack structured processes to explore solutions quickly and systematically. The ability to innovate in a targeted and timely manner is essential.

Complete Project Description

The project enhances innovation capabilities by:
– Applying minimal digital and physical prototypes to explore solutions
– Using proven methods for scenario planning, ideation, and concept evaluation
– Developing new tools that streamline the innovation process

Two primary application areas:

  1. Production facilities: Digital twins, sustainable materials, and advanced manufacturing

  2. (Total) defense sector: Early needs analysis and rapid evaluation of new ideas and solutions

The goal is to create strategic readiness and improve the efficiency and impact of organizational innovation.
